September 22 development increased the optional AI care-plan allowance to ten successful generations per calendar month and improved recovery from incomplete responses. The offline builder and online synthesis remain distinct workflows.

Begin with the offline draft

The offline builder organizes the selected references, entered information and editable decisions on the device. Optional synthesis sends the supplied case details and assembled draft through GlottaVue's backend to the AI provider after the separate consent step.

The current online service uses DeepSeek, with public-source retrieval through PubMed and DailyMed where available. Retrieved sources and AI output still require independent review. A citation does not by itself prove that a proposed conclusion is supported.

What the allowance covers

The AI care-plan allowance is ten successful generations per calendar month; it is not unlimited access. Ask a Clinical Question has separate daily limits. Consult the app for the current allowance before starting another request.

The September 22 reliability work added recovery attempts for certain incomplete or transiently failed responses. A failed generation does not consume a successful-plan slot, but retries cannot guarantee that every request will succeed.

Review before using or sharing

Do not submit patient identifiers or confidential information. Check the returned facts, missing information, reasoning and references. Online AI is an optional drafting aid and does not replace the user's clinical judgment or a program's review process.

Development dates describe the work, not necessarily the date it reached every public app version.
